Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail property, leasing, asset management or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record delivering leasing strategies and targets in complex retail environments.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Accomplished negotiator with strong commercial drive.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility.
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Understanding of retail market dynamics and evolving brand trends.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience across multiple assets or international destinations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing strategy across Netherlands assets.
• Own portfolio performance, commercial targets and Business Plan priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of four.
• Build senior relationships with national and international brands.
• Lead and challenge complex commercial negotiations.
• Identify emerging brands, sectors and concepts for the destinations.
• Shape anchor tenant strategy and long-term brand partnerships.
• Use market insight and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Bring internal teams, external agents and stakeholders behind a clear commercial vision.
• Represent Netherlands leasing in leadership forums and regional discussions.
