Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a hands-on Country Manager to launch and scale the Netherlands business. You will be the first hire, building the market from zero: secure sites in Amsterdam, recruit and train the initial team, open studios, and own the P&L.

This role is not corporate and requires someone who can operate autonomously, work on the floor in the early months, and establish a profitable, guest-centered operation for fitness and wellness locations.

Qualifications

• Experience opening and operating physical locations in the Netherlands.
• Strong understanding of retail/leisure lease markets in major Dutch cities.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and lead initial local teams.

Responsibilities

• Define market-entry strategy for the Netherlands in line with founder/leadership.
• Research and identify prime locations in Amsterdam and other key cities.
• Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and oversee fit-out for new studios.
• Hire, train and onboard the first instructors and studio managers.
• Own the Netherlands P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Represent the brand with landlords, partners and local authorities.
