Job summary

Fox iT seeks a Senior Manager to lead the MXDR Engineering function in the UK, driving delivery, health monitoring and continuous improvement of MXDR technologies across client environments.

You will manage a team of engineers across technologies like Microsoft, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One and Carbon Black, ensuring operational excellence, technical quality and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Senior Engineering teams.
• Strong leadership and operational management capabilities.
• Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications relevant to MXDR stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the UK MXDR Engineering team for implementation, support and enhancements.
• Manage engineering capacity, prioritization and resource allocation for delivery and support.
• Ensure globally aligned high-quality delivery standards and processes across MXDR Engineering.
