Job summary

Lancarza is seeking an on-site HSE Supervisor (MVK) for an industrial project in the Amsterdam region. You will supervise and coordinate Health, Safety & Environment activities, ensuring safety on the work floor and promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires presence on site, collaboration with operational teams, and a hands-on, proactive approach to workplace safety. A 12-month contract with clear scope and on-site duties is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HSE or safety supervision role within an industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch HSE legislation and safety standards.
• Ability to influence behavior on site and report effectively.

Responsibilities

• Site safety supervision, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor compliance with HSE legislation, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct workplace inspections, safety rounds, and toolbox talks.
• Identify unsafe situations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Support and advise supervisors, contractors, and employees on HSE matters.
• Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and contribute to HSE reporting and meetings.
