Job summary

Qabird is seeking a Facilities / Maintenance & EHS Lead based in Zoeterwoude, Netherlands. This role involves overseeing maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment and ensuring EHS compliance across three sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and over 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English are essential, alongside a passion for health and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or plant engineering.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset with Lean manufacturing exposure.
• Familiarity with Dutch workplace safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance of production equipment.
• Maximize site operational uptime through preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the shopfloor for technical guidance.
