Qualifications

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Applied Physics or closely related field focusing on computational modeling.
• Solid foundation in physics-based and mechanistic modeling of solid mechanics or dynamics.
• Experience translating simulation results into clear insights for engineering and R&D stakeholders.
• Innovative and analytical mindset with curiosity for new modeling approaches.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to R&D projects through advanced computational modeling and simulation.
• Develop, apply, and validate physics-based models to support design, optimization, and decision‑making.
• Co‑develop and strengthen the computational (bio)physics competence within the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in modeling methodologies, numerical techniques, and simulation tools.
• Translate application needs into modeling strategies across health tech domains.
