Assent is seeking a Customer (Supplier) Support Associate fluent in German and Polish to join our Europe-based team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on collecting compliance information from suppliers, guiding them through requests, and ensuring data quality across supplier networks.

You will collaborate with the Supplier Support and Programs teams, leverage multi-channel communications, and help drive strong vendor relationships while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; German and Polish proficiency helpful.
• 1-2 years related work experience (administration, reporting, data, support).
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-first attitude and multi-channel support skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers via email, chat, and calls to gather compliance information.
• Assist top-tier suppliers in responding to compliance requests.
• Handle supplier inquiries to troubleshoot and provide a positive experience.
• Engage unresponsive suppliers through multiple channels and outreach.
