Job summary

Assent is seeking a Customer (Supplier) Support Associate (Italian) for a 6-month term. The role supports supplier compliance processes across Europe, coordinating with the Supplier Support team to gather declarations from non-responsive suppliers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma required.
• 1–2 years related work experience (administration, reporting, data, supplier/customer support).
• Strong time-management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Apps; proactive use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers via emails, chats, and calls to gather and verify compliance information.
• Engage top-tier suppliers to assist with compliance requests.
• Handle emails/chats to troubleshoot and guide suppliers through compliance processes.
• Engage unresponsive suppliers with multi-channel outreach and education.
• Provide translations or hosting webinars as needed for supplier groups.
