Job summary

Shell Nederland is seeking an experienced O&M Technician to join Holland Hydrogen 1, a pioneering large-scale green hydrogen electrolysis asset in Europe. You will report to the O&M Team Lead and help deliver safe, reliable operations and on-time start-up alongside a diverse international team.

The role covers daily operations of process facilities, safety systems, and utilities; you can develop multi-skilled capabilities across Operations or Maintenance, with English as the working language and

Qualifications

Experience as an Operations and/or Maintenance Technician within the process industry.
Exposure to working as a Panel Operator in complex process plants.
Demonstrated experience in a secondary discipline (Operations or Maintenance).
Hands-on approach with field execution and proactive work ethic.
Proficient in English, with clear verbal and written communication.
Experience managing electrical hazards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe and efficient daily operations of process facilities, safety systems, and utilities.
Lead outside operator and frontline maintenance duties.
Back-up panel operation at the HMI when required.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training programs.
Collaborate with Shell staff, contractors, and specialists to ensure safe start-up.
