Air Products is building Europe’s largest liquid hydrogen plant in Europoort. As a Process Operator you will be part of the commissioning team at start-up and later ensure safe, reliable, and efficient hydrogen production for customers across Europe.

You will work in a demanding, highly technical environment and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics and Engineering. You’ll be exposed to a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives while taking ownership of

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an operator in a continuous production process.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality.
• Proactive, independent, and capable of working with multiple disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, operate and control production processes from control room and in the field.
• Perform routine rounds and inspections on installations and utilities.
• Identify, analyze and resolve process deviations, faults and leaks.
• Handover operational information during shift changes and prepare reports.
• Ensure safe operation of the installation following safety and environmental rules.
• Issue work permits and secure installation parts for maintenance work.
• Support maintenance activities and collaborate with technical specialists and contractors.
• Contribute to process and equipment improvements and participate in safety programs.
