Job summary

MyOffice is seeking an Operations Manager for the North and East Netherlands to ensure smooth daily running of our branches and teams while driving growth to future locations. You will connect head office with on-site teams, oversee staffing, budgets and quality, and implement the MyOffice concept across sites.

You lead on-site teams, foster engagement, and uphold our hospitality-focused standards. The role is 32–40 hours/week with a competitive salary and benefits in a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team
• Affinity with hospitality industry
• Completed MBO level 4 qualification
• Able to oversee multiple locations
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Autonomous and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of branches in North and East Netherlands
• Drive growth toward additional locations (14, 15, 16 and beyond)
• Manage staffing, budgets, costs and turnover while ensuring quality
• Implement and embed MyOffice processes and concepts
• Recruit and develop on-site teams
• Plan staff schedules and holidays
• Lead start-up activities for new MyOffice locations
