Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corp in Delft, the Netherlands, is seeking a hands-on mRNA production specialist to join our on-site team at Biotech Campus Delft. You will contribute to manufacturing, purification, quality control, and documentation of mRNA products for European customers.

Requires a Biotechnology/Life Sciences degree, experience with mRNA or oligonucleotide chemistry, PCR, HPLC, and chromatography techniques.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience with mRNA and oligonucleotide chemistry.
• Experience with PCR, HPLC and enzymatic reactions.

Responsibilities

• Process DNA via PCR, digestion, and purification for in‑vitro transcription.
• Produce and purify mRNA and perform quality checks.
• Follow SOPs and maintain production documentation.
• Track inventory and assist with materials ordering.
• Maintain lab and perform routine upkeep.
