Job summary

GenDx is seeking a Technician Operations (QC) to execute QC procedures for our molecular diagnostics kits and reagents. You will analyze QC data, document findings, and ensure products meet high quality standards before reaching customers.

Join a dynamic Operations and QC team, performing hands-on lab work with PCR, gel, Sanger and NGS techniques, while maintaining precise documentation in a regulated environment. English proficiency and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum two years of hands-on lab experience, preferably in molecular biology (PCR, NGS, qPCR).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Able to work in a structured, regulated lab environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC laboratory procedures.
• Analyze and interpret QC data.
• Report and investigate deviations.
• Document findings in a traceable manner per ISO 13485.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean workspace.
• Contribute to method validation and process improvements.
• Work in compliance with quality standards and procedures.
