Job summary

ÉTICA Talent is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for a modern, patient-centred dental clinic in the Netherlands. This full-time position combines clinical support with organisational duties to ensure a calm and well-organised patient experience.

You will work closely with the dental team to support treatments, room setup, sterilisation, and efficient administration, maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
• Experience assisting during treatments and sterilisation.
• Clear and respectful communication with patients and colleagues.
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Comfort with Dutch and/or English.

Salary: Indicative gross monthly salary of €2,450–€3,400, based on a full-time 38-hour workweek and relevant Dental Assistant experience, plus a performance-related bonus

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join a modern dental-care clinic focused on high-quality, patient-centred treatment. This is a practical, full-time position for someone who enjoys combining clinical support, organisation and thoughtful patient care. You will work closely with the dental team to help create a calm, safe and well-organised experience for every patient.

What we are looking for

• Previous hands‑on experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
• Experience assisting during treatments, preparing rooms and handling instrument sterilisation.
• Clear and respectful communication with patients and colleagues.
• A reliable, organised and detail-oriented way of working.
• Confidence using standard digital tools and patient-record systems.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Ability to work from Amsterdam, Utrecht or Groningen. If you need to relocate, this should be arranged before your start date.
