Mobility Coordinator – Fleet Management

The Mobility Coordinator will coordinate, monitor, and steer the applicable suppliers such as Fleet Management Agents and lease suppliers at the country level for passenger cars, vans, mobility budget, and bicycles, ensuring that contracts (KPI/SLA), costs, and satisfaction remain in control.

Key Responsibilities

• Car Policy: Perform and monitor the car scheme and standardization within the operational area.
• Fleet Management: Coordinate and control the FM Agent per country and manage performance and excesses.
• Application Management: Manage and maintain the car park system, car configurator portals, and supporting tools.
• Supplier Contracts: Build and maintain contacts with suppliers, dealers, and partners; collaborate with them on process and product improvements (price/quality).
• Work Process and Documentation: Identify improvement opportunities, formulate proposals, and realize them in cooperation with the Mobility Manager.
• Communication: Serve as a professional discussion partner with clear and well‑explained communication to all stakeholders.
