Job summary
XCMG Europe is seeking a Mobile Crane Service Technician in the Netherlands. You will lead service and maintenance tasks for mobile cranes, ensuring quality and process compliance while working closely with customers to understand their equipment needs.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with heavy machinery hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanics, plus willingness to travel for on-site assignments. Dutch language skills are advantageous and English is a plus.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge in the field of mobile cranes.
- Experience in maintenance, repair and service processes of heavy machinery.
- Experience in customer service and collaboration with sales, product and service teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on attitude and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel for on-site assignments; Dutch and English skills are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for service and maintenance in the mobile crane segment.
- Ensure quality and process compliance across service activities.
- Identify deviations and participate in root cause analysis.
- Document service activities and contribute to improvements.
- Work with customers to understand machinery and requirements.
- Coordinate internal service processes (spares, logistics, technical).
- Travel for on-site customer assignments.
