Qualifications

• High school certification or diploma preferred.
• WSET 1, 2 & 3 or other beverage certification preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bar or hospitality industry.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude and ability to work in high‑volume environments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
• Extensive beverage knowledge, mixology skills, and understanding of beverage balancing.
• Ability to design creative beverage menus.

Mixologist - VIP Lounges - Dubai

We are looking for a well-present Mixologist to join the team of a World-Class Brand in Dubai.As the Mixologist you will deliver exceptional beverage experiences across premium lounges.

• To lead bar operations, craft and innovate beverage menus, and ensure consistent, high-quality preparation and service.
• Train, coach, and supervise service teams while engaging guests through expert product knowledge and prompt feedback resolution.
• Manage inventory and cost control, uphold health, safety, and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Must have a High School Certification, Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• WSET 1,2 & 3 or other beverage certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bar or as a bartender in the hospitality industry.
• Has good command in spoken and written English
• A positive and service-oriented attitude and excellent customer service skills and ability to handle a high-volume service environment and work under pressure
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Strong beverage knowledge and mixology skills, deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and ingredients and understanding beverage balancing.
• Ability to design creative beverage menus.
