Job summary

Nedap Beveiligingstechniek B.V. offers an internship as a Microsoft Administrator within the Modern Workplace team in Groenlo.

You will contribute to managing, improving, and future-proofing our Microsoft 365 environment, aiming for a secure, stable, and user-friendly digital workplace for all Nedap employees, from office to production locations and home workplaces. The role covers Intune/device management, Microsoft 365, Teams, and identity & access, with a focus on usability and practical

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an HBO IT program (Bachelor’s level) with interest in Microsoft 365.
• Broad interest in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Proactive and not afraid to ask questions; solution-oriented.
• Collaborates well with others in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist management of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
• Assist device management with Intune.
• Collaborate with Security and AI Ops teams.
• Contribute to small improvement initiatives in Modern Workplace.

What are you going to do?

As an Intern Microsoft Administrator within the Modern Workplace team, you will contribute to managing, improving, and future-proofing our Microsoft 365 environment. You help create a digital workplace that is secure, stable, and user-friendly for all Nedap employees — from office to production locations and home workplaces.

You will work on topics such as Intune/device management, Microsoft 365, Teams, and identity & access. In doing so, you will not only focus on technology, but also on usability: how do we ensure solutions truly work for colleagues?

Your responsibilities

• to the management of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)

You will join the Modern Workplace team, where we focus on creating a digital work environment that enhances collaboration, autonomy, and innovation. We work closely with the other value streams: Security Core & Resilience and AI Ops & Automation.
