Job summary

Amoria Bond is recruiting for a healthcare ICT shared centre in the Netherlands. The role focuses on user support, Microsoft 365, workplace management and introducing practical AI solutions across the organization.

Requirements include MBO+ ICT level, hands-on AI experience with ChatGPT or Generative AI, and knowledge of Topdesk/ITIL or Microsoft Autopilot. On-site work in the Drechtsteden region is expected.

Job description

Hours: 32-40 hrs/week

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months, extension possible

Language: Dutch required

Healthcare organisation with multiple locations is expanding its ICT shared centre due to several ongoing digital workplace projects. The role focuses on user support, Microsoft 365, workplace management and helping introduce practical AI solutions across the organisation.

Must-have

• MBO+ ICT level
• AI literacy / practical experience with ChatGPT, Generative AI or Prompt Engineering
• User support / workplace management experience
• Knowledge of Topdesk, ITIL and/or Microsoft Autopilot
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Hands-on, proactive and problem-solving approach
• Based in or near the Drechtsteden region

Nice-to-have

• Experience with AI training, courses or projects
• Experience with onboarding, application/device lifecycle and remote management

Other

• Combination of 1st/2nd-line support, workplace management and AI implementation.
• Ticket handling via Topdesk; infrastructure/network management is outsourced to an MSP.
• Must be able to work on-site.
• Healthcare experience and AI knowledge are particularly relevant.
