Job summary

Tech Rise is seeking a proactive IT Systems & support Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies to empower colleagues to work smarter with IT. You’ll manage and improve a Microsoft-based workplace including M365, Intune, Azure AD and Exchange Online.

You will lead technical support, internal communication, training, and education around IT tools and processes, act as a bridge between IT and internal teams, and mentor first-line support while identifying automation opportunities to

Qualifications

Experience as an IT System Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, and related tools.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating and enabling users.
Experience with technical support.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Service-minded, proactive, and keen to contribute to a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the go-to person between IT and internal teams, turning technical insights into actionable, user-friendly solutions
Deliver clear communication around system updates, changes, and usage best practices
Develop and deliver internal IT onboarding, short training sessions, and user documentation
Coordinate with departments to ensure Microsoft tools are used effectively and securely across the organization
Administer and improve Microsoft environments (M365, Intune, Azure AD, Exchange Online, etc.)
Support 2nd-line technical issues and mentor first-line support through knowledge sharing and guidance
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement
