MSD Boxmeer is seeking a precise Lab Technician for Quality Control in Microbiology. You will perform and supervise QC tests, ensure accuracy, and report deviations to uphold GMP standards.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic animal health setting. Ideal candidates hold a microbiology mbo/MLO level 4, communicate in NL and EN, and bring GMP experience.

Qualifikationen

• Completed mbo-oriented in microbiology or MLO level 4 in microbiology.
• Accurate, quality-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in Dutch and English (oral and written).
• Experience in a GMP environment is preferred; affinity for continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma tools.

Aufgaben

• Perform, report and verify QC tests according to standard procedures.
• Identify and report (OOS) deviations and trends per GMP procedures.
• Master microbiological tests such as sterility, bioburden, environmental monitoring, and aseptic techniques.
• Enter test results, perform data analysis and trend reviewing; assist in or lead improvement projects.
• Modify and/or write work instructions (WI) and SOPs as needed.
• Work in compliance with GMP, GMP-related variances and safety guidelines.
