Job summary

ASICS, located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorf, seeks an experienced merchandising analyst to ensure smooth in-season assortment updates and accurate data across systems.

You will analyze sales and assortment data in Excel and Power BI, support daily operations, and collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Customer Service and Operations to drive efficiencies and insights. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Commerce or related field.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by ensuring smooth merchandising operations and keeping our product assortments accurate and optimised throughout the selling season. In this role, you'll support key day-to-day activities, from managing assortments and maintaining high-quality merchandising data to analysing performance and delivering insights that support commercial success across the organisation.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Execute in-season assortment updates and ensure accurate publication across all merchandising systems.
• Maintain high-quality merchandising data by conducting regular accuracy checks across multiple systems.
• Provide daily operational and system support to the Merchandising team to facilitate their workflow.
• Analyse assortment and sales data using Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
• Manage and resolve failed orders and assortment-related requests to ensure smooth operational flow throughout the selling season.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure alignment across functions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational excellence to continuously improve merchandising processes.

You have the following skills:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, planning, sales/commercial operations, or another analytical business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
