Job summary

Michael Page (Netherlands) is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to lead coordination, review, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing activities on high-tech construction projects, from tender through handover. You will work within multidisciplinary teams across Europe.

We value a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, experience in data centres or BESS, strong HSEQ knowledge, and the ability to coordinate contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with MEP installations in construction/infrastructure/data centre projects.
• Experience coordinating/supervising technical contractor activities.
• Experience with data centres, BESS or other high-tech projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning, testing and handover processes.
• Familiarity with HSEQ requirements and quality management systems.
• Dutch proficiency is a plus; Randstad residence preferred.

Job Description

As an MEP Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing activities on complex high-tech construction projects. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tender review and planning through to construction, commissioning and final handover. Working within multidisciplinary project teams, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Planners, Quality Managers, Site Managers and specialist contractors. In this role, you will monitor quality, safety, technical compliance and project progress while ensuring all MEP systems are delivered in accordance with project requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical or Mechanical professional who enjoys coordinating stakeholders, solving technical challenges and delivering large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with MEP installations within construction, infrastructure, industrial or data centre projects.
• Experience coordinating, monitoring or supervising technical contractor activities.
• Experience with data centres, battery energy storage systems (BESS) or other high-tech projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning, testing and handover processes.
• Familiarity with HSEQ requirements and quality management systems.
• Dutch professional proficiency is a plus, not a must
• Only candidates already residing in The Netherlands can be considered, living in The Randstad
