Job summary

Michael Page currently seeks an experienced MEP Coordinator to lead coordination across mechanical, electrical and plumbing on complex high-tech construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers, planners and contractors throughout tender review, planning, construction, commissioning and handover.

You will monitor quality, safety, technical compliance and progress, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with site requirements and project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with MEP installations within construction, infrastructure, industrial or data centre projects.
• Experience coordinating, monitoring or supervising technical contractor activities.
• Experience with data centres, battery energy storage systems (BESS) or other high-tech projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning, testing and handover processes.
• Familiarity with HSEQ requirements and quality management systems.
• Dutch proficiency is a plus and residing in the Randstad area is preferred.

Job description

As an MEP Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing activities on complex high-tech construction projects. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tender review and planning through to construction, commissioning and final handover.

Working within multidisciplinary project teams, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Planners, Quality Managers, Site Managers and specialist contractors. In this role, you will monitor quality, safety, technical compliance and project progress while ensuring all MEP systems are delivered in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with MEP installations within construction, infrastructure, industrial or data centre projects.
• Experience coordinating, monitoring or supervising technical contractor activities.
• Experience with data centres, battery energy storage systems (BESS) or other high-tech projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning, testing and handover processes.
• Familiarity with HSEQ requirements and quality management systems.
• Dutch professional proficiency is a plus, not a must.
