Your Role

As our designer, you’ll lead the development and optimization of digital patterns and production workflows, ensuring perfect fit, clean construction, and manufacturing efficiency. You’ll work closely with our design, production, and quality teams to bring our vision of responsible menswear to life.

Responsibilities
  • Create, adjust, and digitize patterns for our RTW collections using CAD/CAM software (Gerber, Lectra, Assyst, Adobe Illustrator or similar)
  • Translate design concepts into production-ready files with impeccable fit and finish
  • Optimize marker layouts for efficient fabric usage—particularly for limited deadstock fabrics
  • Collaborate with factories and suppliers to ensure accurate interpretation of digital files
  • Support grading, sizing consistency, and quality control processes across styles
  • Troubleshoot pattern or fit issues and proactively propose improvements
Who You Are
  • Minimum 3 years experience in pattern making, ideally in RTW tailoring
  • Proficient in one or more CAD/CAM systems (Gerber, Assyst, Lectra, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience working with structured wovens and tailored garments
  • StrongAttention to detail, with a solutions-oriented, collaborative mindset
  • Passionate about sustainable fashion and innovative garment technology
