Job summary

Suitsupply is seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to independently manage trouser development from brief to sample. You will lead fittings, pattern work, and collaborate with Design, Production and suppliers to deliver high-quality products that reflect the brand.

This role involves maintaining PLM data and staying ahead of market trends. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product development, strong fabrication knowledge, and proven ability to drive technical packs with both local

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product development, preferably fashion/menswear
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, materials and garment construction
• Experience with menswear trouser departments (chino, denim, formal)
• Proven ability to develop technical packs and oversee samples with local and international suppliers
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in PLM; familiarity with Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus
• Willingness to travel for sourcing, development and production follow-up
• Highly organized and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product development for trousers categories from brief to final sample
• Lead fitting sessions and wear tests to ensure fit and quality meet brand standards
• Develop and refine patterns for optimum fit, quality and manufacturability
• Collaborate with Production to ensure golden samples meet specs
• Maintain accurate product information in the PLM system each season
• Stay aware of market trends to keep products innovative and competitive
• Manage critical path and development timelines to ensure timely execution
• Input and update product data in PLM system each season
