Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking a Membership Host to be the face of our community space, turning simple daily interactions into lasting relationships, hosting tours and neighborhood events, and keeping the hub welcoming and operations smooth.

You will connect members, manage daily hub operations, and maintain a lively vibe. Fluency in English is essential; hospitality background is preferred. This role offers growth, a supportive team, and Europe-wide staff discounts.

As our Membership Host, you are the face of our community space and the primary connector for everyone who walks through the door. You will turn simple daily interactions into lasting relationships, keeping the space lively and operations smooth. What You’ll Have

• You bring a solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or customer‑facing spaces.
• You have a natural gift for connecting with people and solving problems quickly.
• You bring fluency in English, and extra languages are a big plus.
• You have a hands‑on, "let’s do this" mindset and stay calm during peak periods.
• You bring strong organizational skills and love juggling multiple tasks at once.
• You have the legal right to work in Netherlands (EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
