Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking a Membership Host to welcome and connect members, host events, and keep the space vibrant and efficient. You will give tours, manage daily operations, and help create a warm community atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong people skills, and a calm, hands-on approach during peak periods; English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus. This role supports a hybrid work model across our spaces.

Qualifications

• Solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or customer-facing spaces.
• Natural ability to connect with people and solve problems quickly.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a big plus.
• Hands-on mindset and stays calm during peak periods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands (EU citizenship or permit).
