Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Membership Host to be the face of our community space in Amsterdam. You will create a warm, inclusive vibe, connect members with common interests, and host events that engage our community.

You’ll give tours, manage day-to-day inquiries, and keep the space welcoming and organized. Fluent English is essential, with additional languages considered a big plus; a hands-on, calm approach helps during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Solid background in hospitality or customer-facing spaces.
• Natural ability to connect with people and solve problems quickly.
• Fluency in English; extra languages are a big plus.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset and calm under peak periods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

What You’ll Have

• You bring a solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or customer-facing spaces.
• You have a natural gift for connecting with people and solving problems quickly.
• You bring fluency in English, and extra languages are a big plus.
• You have a hands‑on, "let’s do this" mindset and stay calm during peak periods.
• You bring strong organizational skills and love juggling multiple tasks at once.
• You have the legal right to work in Netherlands (EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
