Job summary

The Social Hub in Rotterdam seeks a Restaurant Manager to steer day-to-day operations across a restaurant, bar or cafe. You will lead a hands-on team, shape service flow and guest moments, and partner with F&B leadership to keep concepts sharp and relevant.

You will collaborate with kitchen, marketing and other teams, balance costs with revenue, and nurture a thriving workplace where guests return for the experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant, bar or cafe.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience within F&B.
• Ability to build teams and help people grow.
• Balance between great service and strong commercial results.
• Comfort with budgets, staffing and cost control.
• Clear communication with energetic, empathetic leadership.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages a plus.

• You have experience managing a restaurant, bar, café, or similar venue
• You bring at least one year of leadership experience within F&B
• You enjoy building teams and helping people grow
• You understand the balance between great service and strong commercial results
• You’re comfortable working with budgets, staffing, and cost control
• You communicate clearly and lead with energy and empathy
• You’re fluent in English and Dutch, with additional languages as a plus
