Job summary

NH Hotel Group is seeking an Meeting & Events Intern for nhow Amsterdam RAI, starting Jan/Feb 2027. The role involves supporting the organization of meetings, conferences and events within a dynamic, design-driven environment in Amsterdam.

You will join a team with a fresh, millennial mindset, gain extensive training, and have opportunities for growth within the company worldwide. This internship is ideal for students in hotel/hospitality/event-management looking to gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in hotel-, hospitality-, or event-management.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Enthusiastic about preparing and organizing meetings, conferences and events.
• Able to work well on a computer and independently.
• Good command of English language.

Responsibilities

• Part of the organizing team responsible for organizing business meetings, conferences, and social events.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Handle communications, show-arounds, and post-event follow-up.
