Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI offers an internship in Meetings & Events operations. You will learn how to run diverse events, assist with setup, guest greetings, service, and post-event breakdown, while gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant design hotel.

The role requires enrollment in hospitality management or events, good English, and flexibility to work in a dynamic setting. The internship is on-site and designed for a minimum of 4 months with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in hospitality management, events, or a related course.
• Good command of English.
• Available for at least 4 months.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of running meetings and events in a large hotel.
• Assist in meeting preparation and room setup.
• Meet and greet guests, troubleshoot during events, and provide food and beverage service.
• Handle clearing up and breakdown after events.
