Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst Quality Control to be based in Nijmegen, Netherlands. This on-site role involves QC testing, maintaining the QC laboratory, and ensuring regulatory compliance with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, compliance, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and support continuous improvement, with evening shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma in medicine, science or engineering with QC lab experience.
• 2–3 years' experience in Quality Control Laboratory.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine QC tests to evaluate the quality of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
• Follow established procedures for sample collection, preparation, and analysis to ensure accurate results.
• Record and report test results accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the QC laboratory in a clean and organized state and ensure availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Perform incoming inspection of chemicals and materials upon order and delivery to the QC laboratory.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results; troubleshoot issues as needed.
