Job summary

Johnson & Johnson GATT Technologies in Nijmegen, Netherlands, seeks a Quality Laboratory Lead to oversee the QC team and ensure product quality across the manufacturing process in compliance with ISO 13485 and MDR.

You will lead analytical method development, validations, and QC documentation, drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory readiness while maintaining safe, efficient lab operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in regulated pharma/medical device industries.
• 2+ years in a management/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, 21 CFR Part 820, QSR, CMDR and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC team operations, training, and development.
• Develop, validate, and implement QC analytical methods and procedures.
• Review and approve validation and user review documents.
