Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Nijmegen-based Analyst Quality Control role requiring a university/technical college degree and 2-3 years QC lab experience. You will perform QC tests, handle samples, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining the QC lab and equipment.

The position is on-site in Nijmegen with evening shift flexibility, offering collaboration with manufacturing, compliance and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a university or technical college in medicine, science or engineering with 2-3 years QC lab experience.
• Proficient in laboratory software; able to work independently and with others.
• Fluent written and spoken English; familiarity with regulatory QA principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine QC tests on raw materials, intermediates and finished goods.
• Follow procedures for sample collection, preparation and analysis to ensure accurate results.
• Record and report test results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the QC laboratory in a clean, organized state and ensure supplies are available.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments; troubleshoot issues as needed.

We are searching for the best talent for Analyst Quality Control to be based in Nijmegen!

This role drives the accuracy and reliability of our products by performing QC testing, maintaining the QC laboratory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You'll be part of the Quality Control team, collaborating with manufacturing, compliance, and cross-functional colleagues to deliver high-quality results and continuous improvement.

This is an on-site role with evening shift flexibility.

As an Analyst Quality Control, you will:

• Perform routine and non-routine QC tests to evaluate the quality of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
• Follow established procedures for sample collection, preparation, and analysis to ensure accurate results.
• Record and report test results accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the QC laboratory in a clean and organized state and ensure availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Perform incoming inspection of chemicals and materials upon order and delivery to the QC laboratory.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results; troubleshoot issues as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Hold a diploma from a university or technical college in medicine, science or engineering (e.g., Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Sciences or comparable technical background) with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Quality Control Laboratory.
• Proficient in laboratory software and computer applications; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance principles; fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in NMR, HPLC, KF and microbiological analysis techniques for working in a QC laboratory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evening shifts, is essential.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €38'300.00 - €61'410.00
