Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
• Prepare and verify batch components; perform format changeovers
• Manufacture products per procedures and quality standards
• Conduct product inspections and in-process checks
• Prepare and complete production records and batch reconciliation
• Adhere to PPE and safety guidelines; support safety compliance
• Support team members and assist in projects and tasks
• Escalate deviations and defects and communicate improvement opportunities
