Job summary

ViCentra B.V., home of Kaleido, in Utrecht, is seeking a Procurement/NPI sourcing specialist. You will identify and secure new suppliers for NPIs, evaluate proposals, and ensure timely, cost-effective implementation of supplier agreements.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to meet product requirements, drive COG reduction, and maintain strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with purchasing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Sourcing, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or related work experience.
• Technical understanding of equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with introducing of NPI.
• Negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Advanced Microsoft User.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Living in the Netherlands
• Confident to working in fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and benchmark potential suppliers for NPI.
• Request and process quotation with suppliers for NPI.
• Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, considering price, quality, and delivery times.
• Support selection and implementation of new suppliers in line with ViCentra product requirements.
• Negotiate and manage pricing, terms and conditions with new/ potential suppliers.
• Liaise with Project/ NPI team on all new products.
• Develop supply chain solution for new parts/ products.
• Support and collaborate in Project teams to ensure timely delivery of NPI components, materials and products.
