Job summary

ViCentra, home of Kaleido, in Utrecht, seeks a Customer Care specialist to provide multilingual support for Kaleido users. You will troubleshoot, assist with onboarding, and act as a brand ambassador for Dutch partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Netherlands partners; represent Kaleido with empathy and professionalism.
• Respond to emails and social media inquiries from customers and partners.
• Handle second-level complaints and prepare information for investigations.
• Transfer product knowledge to partners effectively.
• Support complaint reporting and regulatory controls for a medical device.
• Collaborate with sales to onboard new users from campaigns and events.
