Ayvens Group is seeking an Information Risk Manager to independently oversee and strengthen the information risk profile across the Group. You will advise senior management, challenge risk decisions, and embed risk management into daily activities in an international environment.

The role emphasizes governance, risk assessments, and building an information risk community across Ayvens entities. English fluency is required and a Master’s in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Information Risk Management in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of information risk governance, risk assessments, control frameworks and risk appetite concepts.
• Proven ability to advise and challenge senior stakeholders on complex information risk topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of information risk management processes and policies.
• Advise senior management on risk controls balancing business objectives with risk management.
• Challenge and evaluate information risk assessments and mitigation plans across projects.
• Lead cross-functional information risk awareness and build stakeholder relationships.
