Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Medior Model Developer - Pillar 1 to lead development and maintenance of regulatory and non-regulatory credit risk models. You will own the model lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and support risk and capital management with robust analytics.

You will work in an international setting, mentoring juniors and collaborating with stakeholders. A master’s or bachelor’s in a quantitative field plus 3+ years’ experience is expected; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in risk modelling.
• Experience with credit risk modelling and IFRS 9 is preferred.
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and implement credit risk models incl. scorecard/rating and IFRS 9 provisioning models.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into modelling solutions and define data needs.
• Prepare development documentation and support model submission for validation.
• Monitor model performance, investigate data quality and trends, and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Maintain model governance records, validation findings and action plans.
• Support interactions with Model Risk Management, Audit and regulatory stakeholders.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to modelling standards improvements.
