Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Cybersecurity Transformation in Amsterdam. You will lead GRC activities and drive the cybersecurity integration following the ALD-LeasePlan merger, aligning with SG Group standards and regulatory requirements.

You will strengthen governance, manage risk and compliance, and oversee a large-scale transformation to support the future cybersecurity operating model at Ayvens.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale cybersecurity transformation and integration programs.
• Strong expertise in governance, IT risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive colleagues and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the GRC strategy, roadmap, operating model and transformational initiatives.
• Lead and develop the GRC & Transformation team with workforce planning and coaching.
• Establish, maintain and improve governance frameworks, policies, controls and compliance programs.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk management activities including risk assessments and audits.
• Manage stakeholder relations with senior leadership, regulators and auditors.
• Drive the transformation program to harmonize frameworks, processes and technologies.
