Job summary

Xccelerated (part of the Xebia Group) is seeking a Medior Data Engineer in Noord Brabant for a hybrid role, building a modern data platform on Google Cloud and growing through extensive training.

You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines on GCP, enable analytics and machine learning use cases, and collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to align architecture. Four days on-site with one training day per week, with potential direct client placement after one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Skilled in Python and familiar with at least one public cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience with modern data tooling like Databricks, Spark, or Airflow.

Medior Data Engineer – Noord Brabant (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about building scalable data solutions in the cloud? Do you want to work on a modern data platform from scratch while sharpening your skills with top-level training?

At Xccelerated, we’re looking for Data Engineers to help build a state-of-the-art Data Platform in Google Cloud Platform. You’ll join forces with experienced consultants and get over 60 days of tailored training to maximize your growth and impact.

• Help design, build and maintain a modern Data Platform from scratch on Google Cloud Platform
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable pipelines and deploy models
• Receive over 60 days of in-depth technical training and project support from our Tech Leads
• After one year, transition to a direct contract with the client organization

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Data Engineer at Xccelerated, you’ll be part of a team building the foundation for data-driven decision making.

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on GCP
• Develop components of the data platform that enable analytics and machine learning use cases
• Ensure robust integration between systems and data models
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to align architecture and implementation

You’re a hands-on engineer with a strong can-do mentality. You enjoy solving challenges and learning by doing.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field

1–4 years of experience as a Data Engineer

Skilled in Python and familiar with at least one public cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

Experience with modern data tooling like Databricks, Spark, or Airflow
