Responsibilities
- Translate customer (internal or external) wishes into a business requirement document (BRD).
- Design and implement logistics processes for new or existing customers.
- Write test scenarios for new processes based on the CSA/CSV framework.
- Follow medical V&V procedures to create or modify operational processes.
- Design optimal physical layouts.
- Draw up process descriptions and translate them into functional specifications for IT system developments.
- Participate in the assessment of new customer issues for logistics solutions and services.
- Manage smaller projects independently and act as a member of larger projects.
Qualifications
- BSc in Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience.
- Solid experience and knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics processes.
- Good proficiency in MS Office Excel; knowledge of Visio or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong analytical, structured, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to lead and direct.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with various colleagues.
