Qualifications

• MBO4+ degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical service, repair or maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, repair and maintain Baxter medical devices.
• Configure and upgrade equipment.
• Refurbish returned devices to meet quality standards.
• Evaluate warranty eligibility and determine repair process.
• Prepare repair quotations for customer-owned equipment.
• Document failures and service actions in internal systems.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support by phone.
• Stay updated on product developments and service procedures.
• Collaborate across the service organization to deliver customer support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement using LEAN and DMAIC/PDSA.
