Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking to work on impactful projects in the Netherlands?

We’re currently partnering with leading engineering firms across the Maritime, Offshore and Energy sectors to find talented professionals ready to make a difference.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be involved in designing, specifying, and optimizing mechanical systems and installations. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to projects that drive innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for industrial, maritime, or offshore applications
• Prepare technical specifications, calculations, and documentation
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated system design
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Support procurement and installation phases with technical expertise
• Participate in client meetings and provide engineering input throughout project lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within your team

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering (junior to senior roles available)
• Experience in industrial, maritime, offshore, or energy projects
• Familiarity with relevant standards and design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Plant 3D)
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• A proactive mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
