Overview
Job Description
We are looking for a Measurement Consultant who will play a central role in building Creative Engineering as a scalable capability across client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of creative effectiveness, measurement strategy, data, and reporting, helping teams understand what content performs best and why.
Creative Engineering combines creative scoring, asset metadata, media performance data, measurement frameworks, and reporting into a connected intelligence layer. As Measurement Consultant, you will help design and operationalize this capability so creative, media, strategy, analytics, and client teams can make faster and more evidence-based decisions.
You will work closely with client stakeholders, Publicis data and technology teams, creative strategists, media specialists, analysts, and production partners to ensure creative and performance data is structured, measurable, and actionable. This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys creating structure in evolving environments and helping organizations mature their measurement capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Shape account-specific measurement approaches by translating client goals into KPI priorities, measurement frameworks, and clear roadmap inputs.
- Define the tools, platforms, data sources, and foundational work needed to support scalable creative-effectiveness analysis.
- Build and standardize creative taxonomies, metric definitions, calculation logic, and measurement methodologies across accounts.
- Identify data gaps and coordinate with technology, operations, analysts, and client-side data owners to improve quality, consistency, and adoption.
- Translate stakeholder needs into analytical deliverables, scoped questions, technical requirements, and dashboard-ready data inputs.
- Act as a connector between client strategy, analytics, data/technology, production, and Creative Engineering teams to turn insights into action.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising analytics, marketing effectiveness, ad-tech operations, or a highly structured data consulting role.
- Proven experience designing, enforcing, or managing standardized naming conventions and asset-level taxonomies across media or creative platforms.
- Experience working with early-stage accounts or fragmented environments, with a track record of building data structures, definitions, and pipelines from scratch.
- Hands-on experience identifying, auditing, and sourcing raw performance and creative data from platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and DV360, ideally alongside diagnostic tools such as CreativeX, Neurons, or Vidmob.
- Strong consulting and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data outputs and technical KPI frameworks into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience working as a connector between technical teams, such as data analysts and tech operations, and non-technical teams, such as creative production, strategy, and clients.
- Exceptional structured problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Nice to have: experience with creative-effectiveness datasets, creative scoring methodologies, dynamic creative optimization, multi-market measurement rollouts, MMM or digital attribution frameworks, SQL, advanced Excel, and BI/dashboarding platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Dutch language skills are a plus, especially for local client management, although English is the primary working language.
