Job summary

MaxAccelerate Technology Group is hiring multiple Maximo for Transportation SMEs to join a flagship GCC program. The role supports multi-country implementation across remote, hybrid, and on-site settings with travel to Saudi Arabia or Dubai as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IBM Maximo experience and 3+ years specifically in transportation modules. Strong design, configuration, and cloud skills in MAS 8.x/9.1, Azure, and AWS are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
• 3+ years focused specifically on Maximo for Transportation.
• Solid experience in Configuration, Setup, and Functional Design.
• Experience in MAS 8.x / MAS 9.1 environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of transportation asset management processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with remote and cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide expert input across all Maximo for Transportation functional modules.
• Drive configuration, setup, and optimization activities for Transportation operations.
• Support MAS 8/9.1 upgrades and integration with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cloud/infrastructure teams on Azure or AWS deployment models.
• Advise clients on process design, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Mentor client teams and coordinate across project phases.
