Job summary
MaxAccelerate Technology Group is seeking a Head of Professional Services Sales to own the global IBM Maximo / EAM services sales strategy. You will build relationships with enterprise clients, drive multi-year engagements, and lead high-value deals that transform how organizations operate.
This remote, international role offers relocation sponsorship to Dubai and a competitive base salary with generous commissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- IBM Maximo, ITIL, or cloud certifications desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global sales strategy for IBM Maximo and EAM professional services.
- Identify and close multi-year service engagements with enterprise clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships.
- Develop proposals, lead negotiations, and secure multi-year service engagements.
- Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to align resources and go-to-market efforts.
- Represent MaxAccelerate at industry events and partner summits.
- Expand adjacent service lines, including MAS upgrades, managed services, and AI-driven reporting.
