Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to track and organize production materials on the production floor. You will prepare materials for inventory daily according to requests and support end-of-line production and shipment processes.

The role requires forklift operation, pallet coordination, and adherence to safety procedures. You will maintain documentation, assist with inventory, and attend training while keeping a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to track and organize production materials.
• Ability to read and interpret simple charts and measurements.
• Experience with warehouse documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize production materials on the production floor.
• Prepare materials for inventory daily per requests.
• Support EOL production and shipment processes.
• Coordinate/inspect incoming and outgoing pallets; ensure tray counts and pallet reports are correct.
• Learn GMES system; generate/view basic reports.
• Manage empty pallets, dunnage, black skids, and straps in warehouse.
• Operate forklift safely around pedestrians; ensure daily forklift checks.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; support inventory processes.
• Complete daily documentation and audits; follow work instructions.
• Adhere to safety requirements and PPE usage; follow dress codes.
• Participate in training and maintain regular on-site attendance.

Summary:

Tracking and organizing production materials on the production floor. Preparing materials for inventory daily according to requests.

Responsibilities:

• Support EOL (End Of Line) Production and shipment process
• Coordinate/Inspect incoming and outgoing pallets to make sure the tray count, pallet reports are correct
• Learn and understand GMES system, ability to make/view basic reports
• Manage amount of empty pallets and dunnage, black skids, strap in the warehouse
• Able to operator a forklift safely around pedestrians and in a congested area.
• Perform daily checks of forklift to ensure it is safe to operate
• Check forklift battery and charge when not in use
• Keep Warehouse clean and organized
• Support inventory process
• Contacting with Tray coordinator organize/help moving empty aging trays
• Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by position
• Follow established work instructions
• Adhere to safety requirements at all times, including the use of properPPE Adhere to general, and position-specific, dress code requirements
• Participate in, and successfully complete, any and all training requirements
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience:

• 1 to 3+ years of related work experience
• 1+ year of forklift experience

Physical Requirements:
