Job summary

Panda International in the Netherlands is seeking an Activity & Masterdata Specialist to join the Haps team. You will maintain accurate product and packaging masterdata across systems and coordinate activities between Technology, Planning, Quality, and Finance to ensure timely project execution.

The role offers a learning path in supply chain masterdata management and cross-functional project coordination, with emphasis on data quality, system updates, and lifecycle support for product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or masterdata management.
• Good operational understanding of SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to question requests to protect data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and consistent masterdata across systems such as SAP, Tekdan, PLM Optiva, and Orsoft.
• Update material masterdata throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review and validate data change requests for compliance with masterdata guidelines.
• Cross-check information from different departments to safeguard data integrity.
• Monitor data alignment between internal systems and external logistics partners.
• Act as central point of contact for masterdata-related topics with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate masterdata activities for new product introductions, packaging innovations, and artwork changes.
• Manage portfolio changes and ensure timely communication across departments.
• Support masterdata projects, system updates, and budget cycles.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and communicate operational impacts.

We are looking for an Activity & Masterdata Specialist to join the team in Haps. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of product and packaging innovations, renovations, artwork changes, and product lifecycle updates.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent masterdata across multiple systems, coordinating activities between different departments, and ensuring that projects are executed on time and in line with operational expectations for cost, cash, service, and quality.

What will you do?

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product and packaging masterdata across systems such as SAP, Tekdan, PLM Optiva, and Orsoft.
• Maintain and update material masterdata throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review and validate data change requests to ensure compliance with internal and global masterdata guidelines.
• Cross-check information provided by different departments to safeguard data integrity.
• Monitor data alignment between internal systems and external logistics partners.
• Act as a central point of contact for masterdata-related topics, working closely with Technology, Planning, Quality, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Activity & Project Coordination

• Coordinate masterdata activities related to new product introductions, packaging innovations, and artwork changes.
• Manage portfolio changes and ensure timely communication across relevant departments.
• Support masterdata projects, including system updates and budget cycles.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and communicate operational impacts.
• Provide technical information and lead times required for artwork creation and product launches.
• Coordinate phase-in and phase-out activities for products and packaging to ensure smooth transitions.

System & Lifecycle Support

• Support testing of new systems, warehouses, and masterdata processes.
• Ensure materials are correctly set up throughout their lifecycle.
• Help prepare factory systems and data for product launches, changes, and deactivations.
• Support write-off and cross-charge processes where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve data quality and operational processes.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in Supply Chain or masterdata management.
• A good operational understanding of SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
